Life As It Is

Life has not begun till now. But today i realised something important; 4th December, a night out with Fook. It is not something which i can pen down easily as I find it abstract. It makes me feel like living life out of the comfort zone. All this while, I am seeing life in a small picture. I want to expand my horizon, to taste the essence of life in all ways. But how to begin? What obstacles or problems that I should address currently? I envy him, given nothing, he takes on life in his own hands. I love his stories, about his successful uncle and business strategies. I learned that we cannot judge a person by the cover as I can feel how strong is his innerself. He has flaws but then when i think again, I think I'm much worse than him. I will always respect a person like him who is humble. When I reflect myself, I felt that I am truly blessed but often I have been blinded by hunger and greed for more. I am still young and full of energy but what have I accomplished so far by chasing for better grades? There's much more to life than just that. Carpe diem or seize the day, a quote which often reminds me but how often I put it into action?
I want to get busy, maximising output, increase in productivity and earn satisfaction in life just by doing something. Something which keeps youth going until it wears out. I do not want to regret the things that I have not done merely because I think I can't and I fear. As I get older, I have become less ambitious, less motivated and less hope. Gone are the days when I put on my towel around my neck and fly like a Superman. I have goals but I am the type who gives up easily when the going gets tough.
When all is said, I still can't comprehend what I have just written. Do you?

Beautiful Sunset

Thursday. Second day of December.
On this very fine day, i was able to see the pretty sunset sky i have been yearning for months. It occured after the rain. The sun was blurred and it glistened the road. The sky and the road, together it was splendid ! I felt peace and serenity around me albeit the terrible jam. I took every few deep breaths, and i did easily, nothing on my mind. Looking at the rear mirror, i see myself, coloured by twilight and made a smile; a smile on 'both side' and it was easy.

Semester 1

This is it. Semester 1 ended on 15November 2010 in  a blink of an eye. If you ask me how i feel towards university life, I'd say I feel like a bomb.  Yes a bomb! Cool, exciting and unexpected things happened around me. And I do feel grateful and thankful to be able to reach here so far. I have lovely coursemates and bunch of crazy good friends; Chubby, Egg, Eww,Goofy and Shandy to name a few. I love them whole heartedly(Say You Love Me Too)!! Awww thanks i got it. There are many unforgettable things which i could not easily forget which are as follows:
1. Egg's Super Duper Crazy Choking Suffocating Wicked Out-Of-Breathe Laugh
2. Egg's Silent Syok Sendiri Moan
3. Eww's Erotic Ah-Ah
4. Shandy with his Smile that says everything is "OK" tho the world seems to end
5. Goofy's Jit Jit
6. Chubby's chubbiness

Also, I wanna thank some who listens when i was down and emotional. Thanks for being there. Thanks for being just there.

This isn't the end. Let's explore and experience what is to come together, shall we?!

The First Post

Today would be a good day. This thought striked me the moment i woke up from my cosy bed. Looked at the clock and it says 5.30am. I paused and made sure it's morning 'a.m' and not 'p.m' as i got confused with day and night easily. It felt really exciting waking up to a peaceful morning especially when you have not been getting a good night sleep over a period of time. I told myself to do this much more often as it felt so great ! !

With the 'new set of goal and overjoyed feeling' I went to mirror and was suprised by the better complexion of skin I got over a good night sleep. Food, yes breakfast?! What's for breakfast  at this time of day i wondered. Delighted to see the two bananas on the floor, I quickly sinked my teeth onto it and they just sweetened my day. A good start, and smiles all over me I headed for a bottle of chicken essence and milk; good combo.

I hit the books soon after and managed to focus really well. After a long shower, I put on a tight fit V-neck outfit and a pair of jeans and headed out. The rain just showered the dry ground and the sun was up; medium-lit. It was splendid and perfect day with the smell of rain in the air and little birds chirping shyly.

Waited patiently for ten minutes in my car, 'she' showed up. Suprisingly, our outfit look quite exactly the same, except the tone of colour. We had quite the same jeans too. I like the way she tied her hair; sweet ! And the soft blush on her cheek makes her perfectly beautiful. What a good day Alvin. Blessed baby!

After the unending search for the iPod case, we finally found one and headed back to a nicely roasted duck rice for lunch with two of my good friend, Elvin and Sheng.

Next, i launched myself to bed after a bath and woke up to a mildheache from oversleep.Nevermind, as it's time for the largest night market. Together with a group of lovely friends, Yatyin, Elvin, Sheng, Agnes we had curry mee at the new chinese stall. All of us were quite disappointed with the food but nevermind, we had fun together. Jhii's not back yet and we missed her lots.

Although the day seemed to be filled with little imperfected things(the headaches and stomach upset), I'm glad i made it through happily with the close people in my life, the ones that support, cares and love you during ups and downs; people you can't live without.

And so i had a great great day and looked forward for better start of the each day. I made a promise and hope to keep it for as long I could.

Cherish the people around you and the love will eventually be with you.
